Genex’s Creative Technologist will have the incredible opportunity to deliver fun and interactive learning experiences to millions of learners by building interactive games that translate educational concepts into visually engaging learning experiences.
Using Articulate Storyline, you will combine your creative and technical expertise to incorporate and expand on concepts from our online content and translate them into visually polished and engaging interactive content.
Skills and requirements:
- Ideally 2-3 years of professional working experience as a Multimedia Designer
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience in design, games-related or technical field.
- Minimum 2yrs experience with Articulate Storyline essential
- Background or experience in illustration or interactive media that demonstrates a strong understanding of form, value, perspective, and composition.
- A good understanding of the English language.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Organised and hardworking.
- Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
- Flexible in approach and ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities. Proven problem-solving skills and solutions-focused attitude.
Principle Accountabilities include:
- Work closely with learning designers and the academic team to build experiences from concept to prototype to deployable finished product.
- Become a master in storyline, and make smart decisions without having to rely on technical guidance.
- Create interactive content that is visually consistent with graphical style throughout our online offering.
- Converting text-based information into interactive experiences.
- Actively test and iterate on interactive experiences based on user feedback.
